•             Tell me about how you are doing

•             I wish I had the right words; just know I care

•             How can I help?

•             You can talk, I can listen

•             What support do you have around you at the moment?

Some don’t do’s are:

•             Say “I know exactly how you feel”

•             Try to brighten them up with your self-talk to fill up their space

•             Push your opinions.
