Brent really helped us at a difficult time.
He was detailed and professional, breaking down all the aspects of the arrangements and the ceremony so there were no gray areas. He was respectful and patient, but also closed out any open items that myself or the family had left open. This took the stress off, and made sure we gave our beloved the send off they deserved.

Dear Brent,
I wanted to take a moment to express how deeply touched I was by your professionalism, care, and compassion when Mum passed away at 93. Growing up with you in Kaiapoi, I knew I could trust you to be our funeral celebrant, but your knowledge, support, and gentle guidance truly made Mum’s celebration perfect.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for you. I was overwhelmed by your impeccable communication skills and how beautifully you listened to Mum’s memories and spoke in her honor. The way you coordinated every aspect of the service made her end-of-life journey truly special.
A simple thank you will never be enough to express my gratitude for everything you did to celebrate Mum.

We first notified Brent that we would like him to guide us through the funeral procedure for my husband. We had recently renewed acquaintances, whilst at two funerals he was officiating.
Brent was always available with his patience and expertise guiding us through the best options for our situation and letting us make the decisions that suited what we as a family wanted, along with my husbands wishes.
